Sellick Partnership actively supports the community through a number of sporting initiatives, including a football league, a tennis tournament, two established football tournaments and a range of events throughout the UK. These events provide professionals with the chance to network and build relationships, all whilst enjoying the benefits of exercise!
The funds raised from our sporting events go to national and local charities such as St Ann’s Hospice, me&dee and If U Care Share all of which Sellick Partnership has worked with for a number of years and has built strong relationships with.
The Manchester Professionals’ Football League (MPFL) is a five-a-side tournament that Sellick Partnership have been proud to facilitate since 2010, initially founded by Group Director, Ray Wareing.
With a variety of different teams taking part each year from organisations across the city, the MPFL’s aim is to bring professionals together to network and socialise in a fun, active and competitive setting. All profits raised from the league are donated to St Ann’s Hospice, Greater Manchester’s largest hospice caring for over 3,000 patients and their affected family members.
To discuss your participation, contact Ray Wareing or Samantha Hattersley.
In addition to our two ongoing leagues, we also arrange an annual one-day football tournament for professionals based in the Midlands with all profits going to me&dee - an award-winning Midlands charity who organise holidays and trips away for individuals with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses.
Over the years, the Midlands Charity Football Tournament has gone from strength-to-strength, hosting a variety of teams year-on-year, and we would love for you to be involved in our next event. Teams are invited to join with all profits being donated to me&dee. The afternoon includes a buffet, a raffle with prizes donated from local businesses and an awards ceremony with prizes for the winning teams.
To discuss your participation, contact Josh Meek or Samantha Hattersley.
As well as the Midlands tournament, we also arrange an annual one-day Newcastle Charity Football Tournament for professionals based in the North East with all profits going to If U Care Share. The charity reach out to some of the most vulnerable people in society to support them in their time of need by providing a range of services fundamental to their three main aims of prevention, intervention and supporting those bereaved by suicide.
Since establishing this tournament in 2019, the Newcastle Charity Football Tournament has gone from strength-to-strength, hosting a variety of teams across the years, and we would love for you to be involved in our next event.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is vitally important to us and we firmly believe that every employee should be able to have their input in the charities, causes and initiatives that we support. That is why we have appointed our CSR Committee to lead and champion our charity fundraising and initiatives on a daily basis.
Since our formation in 2002 we have worked with local and national charities to raise vital funds. We help people find their dream career every day, but also recognise that it is equally as important to help others and support the communities we are a part of.
Since first establishing, giving back to the community has always been a priority for us. We work with a range of regional and national charities across the UK, and we encourage all of our staff to get involved as much as possible.
