Sellick Partnership is recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.
As Senior Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of general transactional property law matters, including but not limited to:
- Disposals and acquisition
- Leases and Licenses
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development agreements
- Assistance on project work
The successful Senior Property Lawyer will join the team for an initial 6 months, with a possibility of an extension. Although office attendance is preferable, our client is willing to consider remote working for a candidate with the right experience.
Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Senior Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
