Sellick Partnership are working with a well-respected housing association based in the East Midlands who are looking for a Housing Lawyer to join them on a locum basis. This role will focus on dealing with a range housing litigation matters.
About the Housing Lawyer role:
- Providing advice on a range of housing litigation matters, including; ASB, injuctions, staircasing
- Supporting two junior members in the team
- Leading on housing disrepair claims
- Assisting the Head of Legal where required
- Attending courts/ office when needed

Experience required for the Housing Lawyer role:
Previous experience in handling housing litigation matters is essential. Our client is flexible with experience from various sectors and encourage both non-qualified and qualified candidates to apply. Due to the court attendance, you must hold a driving license.
