Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working with a well-established London local authority to recruit a Senior Housing Paralegal.

This opportunity will begin on a 3 month initial contract, with the view to extend further on a rolling basis. The successful Housing Paralegal will be required to predominantly work remotely but will be expected to attend team meetings when necessary.

To be considered for the Senior Housing Paralegal position you will need previous experience working in the housing area of law and must feel confident enough to handle a varied caseload of housing litigation claims from start to finish including:

• Disrepair
• Anti-social Behaviour
• Possession proceedings
• Injunctions
• Homelessness

This role would be well suited to somebody with existing legal experience looking to progress in their career and work in a dynamic and welcoming team, whilst having a flexible working arrangement and earning a competitive hourly rate.
