Sellick Partnership is excited to be assisting a large London local authority to recruit a Senior Housing Lawyer to join their impressively hard-working legal team.
The position offers great opportunities and would be an excellent role for a qualified lawyer who is looking to apply their skills and knowledge in housing law within a highly regarded London council team. We are looking for a locum Senior Housing Lawyer who will also willingly support and attentively oversee the work of the junior legal staff in their team. Prior experience working for a local authority is also highly favorable.
Responsibilities:
- Homelessness and allocation policy matters
- All grounds for possession proceeding orders
- Unauthorised possession proceeding orders
- Injunctions

The position is hybrid with preferred office attendance three days per week however our client could be flexible for the right candidate. Full-time working hours will be required.
