A Professional Services firm is recruiting for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to permanently join their reputable Corporate team, based in their Manchester office with a hybrid working pattern.
The Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor will be required to:
Dealing with various high profile, international M&A transactional cases, including due diligence with buy-side and sell-side matters.
Handle technical Corporate Restructuring projects
Working alongside the Tax team and the wider business to build relationships within the organisation and with clients.
Manage certain matters under the supervision of Corporate partners.
As the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor, you will have:
Ideally qualified as a Solicitor in the UK, or equivalent, with extensive UK experience
Technical Corporate M&A and Restructuring experience
Experience dealing with multinational corporations and advising on cross-border matters is highly desirable
This role is ideally looking at 6 years post qualification experience, however candidates at all levels will be considered
This role offers the Senior Corporate Associate Solicitor:
Salary from £80,000
Hybrid working scheme, working 3 days per week from the office and the rest of your time from home
Lower chargeable targets compared to the standard elsewhere
Bonus scheme based on company and individual performance
