Senior Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are working with a London Borough Council to assist them in recruiting a Senior Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their legal services team.

As a Senior Lawyer, you will work on a hybrid basis, ideally attending the office one day per week, however the client is happy to also consider all remote candidates. This is a locum position for an initial 3-months with the view to become an on-going role with long-term prospects. You will be paid a competitive umbrella company rate of between £45 - £55, dependent on experience.

You will deal with a range of commercial matters related to ICT, HR, construction (JCT), goods and services, leisure and more. You will advise on Public Procurement matters.

You will have relevant public sector Contracts and Procurement experience, the client is open to experience from local government, central government, university, charity, fire authority, housing association, NHS, or other public sector organisations.
