A Residential Property Solicitor is required to join a reputable, award-winning Top UK Law Firm based in Kent on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Salary: £40,000-£60,000
Contract: Full-time permanent
Location: Kent
Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Solicitor:
Managing the legal process of buying and selling homes, including reviewing contracts.
Handling the legal transfer of property ownership, including land registration and taxes.
Advising on mortgage agreements and securing funding.
Assisting with issues related to leasehold or freehold properties.
Resolving disputes between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements.
Advising on planning permission and property development.
Advising on taxes like stamp duty and ensuring they are paid correctly.
