A legal 500 ranked firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing team.

Title: Residential Property Solicitor

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

Location: Any Office

Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Solicitor

  • Work on a broad range of residential property matters including but not limited to:
    • Buying & Selling
    • Conducting Searches
    • Preparing, Reviewing and Exchanging contratcs
    • Property Finance
    • Leases
  • Assist senior fee earners and other team members on complex matters
  • Manage own caseload independently

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Residential Property Solicitor

  • Minimum 2 years PQE or equivalent
  • Experience in residential property matters
