Residential Property Paralegal

Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Residential Property Paralegal to join a firm in Bicester. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Residential Property assistant or paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling transactions from start to finish
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to meet their conveyancing needs
• Regularly communicating with clients and partners by phone and email in a professional manner
• Supporting senior colleagues by taking messages and offering help when needed
• Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Residential Property Assistant or Paralegal
• Be able to demonstrate a courteous, helpful, and pleasant manner both in person and on the phone
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and clear written and oral communication
• Work effectively in a team
• Be flexible and adaptable and can prioritise tasks efficiently
• Be proficient with IT tools and software
