I am supporting a dynamic and award-winning legal 500 firm, who are looking for a Paralegal to join their Residential Property (Leasehold enfranchisement team) department.

You will support a diverse range of clients, from private leaseholders and residents' associations to landlords, investors, and property developers. You'll assist in navigating intricate legal processes, ensuring smooth and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client onboarding and file opening
  • Reviewing leases and preparing legal documents
  • Drafting Land Registry forms and managing requisitions
  • Assisting with freehold project management
  • Serving notices to leaseholders
  • Supporting completions and liaising with clients, landlords, and third parties to ensure a seamless process
