Repairs Supervisor

Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire

£ - Day rate negotiable depending on experience

Temporary ongoing contract with the potential to be permanent position

Full Time, 37.5 Hours per week

Sellick Partnership Ltd are working alongside an established housing association to assist with the recruitment of a Repairs Supervisor to join one of our Staffordshire based clients on a temporary ongoing contract

Duties for the Repairs Supervisor include:

  • Managing a team of Property Services Engineers to deliver service requirements, including planning workloads
  • Ensuring that properties are repaired to the companies lettable standard and returned to the lettings team ready to let in the shortest time possible
  • Conducting pre and post inspections
  • Monitoring and directly controlling the use of other resources including materials, plant, vehicles, hand held devices
  • Operating and maintaining safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of companies Health & Safety policies

The ideal Repairs Supervisor candidate will have:

  • Previous experience with management of Trades staff
  • Experience working in social housing
  • SMSTS or SSSTS Certification (Preferred)
  • Full driving licence
