Job Description: A well-established, leading law firm in London is looking for an experienced Real Estate Litigation Associate to join the team on a FTC basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier legal services in Real Estate Litigation, focusing on commercial property, telecoms, and real property.
  • Manage a diverse and challenging caseload, ensuring high-quality legal support.
  • Work closely with expert lawyers and support staff for efficient case handling.
  • Serve a wide range of clients, including commercial landlords and tenants, investors and developers, living sector landlords, social housing providers, and ground rent funds.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Real Estate Litigation

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Experience with commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, including1954 Act lease renewals (both contested and uncontested), rent recovery and lease termination, Property disrepair and tenant insolvency issues.

  • Experience in handling real property conflicts.

  • Expertise in telecoms matters (landowner-related).
