Sellick Partnership are working with a top tier Legal 500 ranked firm in Newcastle City Centre who are looking for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their growing Real Estate team. They have one of the strongest specialist real estate teams in the country and have a fantastic reputation in Newcastle.
The role will include dealing with Real Estate matters such as:
- Landlord and tenant;
- Acquisitions and disposals;
- Development;
- Corporate support; and
- Financing transactions
What they are looking for
- 3+ years PQE
- Strong commercial real estate experience in private practice
- Proven capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
- Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines
