Quantity Surveyor
Temporary and Permanent roles available
Location - Cardiff, South Wales
Hourly rate: £negotiable
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our South Wales based clients on either a temporary or permanent basis
Duties for the Quantity Surveyor will involve:
- Provide commercial support for a well-known Housing and Construction business
- Managing commercial risk and opportunity
- Ensuring the accuracy of forecasts, KPI's and reporting
- Ensuring all authorisations/certificates are in line with the terms and conditions of the contract
- Undertaking site inspections and visits to measure, agree and certify contractor's claims.
- Authorising rates including costs, quantities and schedule of rates coding
- Assist in compiling cost feasibilities, approximate estimates, specification and schedule of rates
Essential requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Possess HNC Qualification (preferred)
