A Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required to join a reputable Law Firm in Enfield on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Property Solicitor to become part of a friendly and ambitious team at an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Property Solicitor
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent
Location: Enfield
Key Responsibilities of the Property Solicitor:
- Provide a quality, tailored, and supportive legal service to a wide range of clients
- Manage a complex mixed caseload of client matters with limited supervision
- Ensure that all Conveyancing transactions are handled professionally and efficiently from instruction through to completion
- Ensure client satisfaction by effectively managing expectations and maintaining strong client relationships
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Property Solicitor:
- 3 years PQE in Residential/Commercial Conveyancing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A commitment to providing high-quality work
