Sellick Partnership are looking to recruit a Property Programme Manager on a six-month interim basis for a well-known Public Sector client based in the West Midlands. The purpose of this exciting, yet challenging role is to programme manage the strategic property change project, ensuring their customer's requirements are executed in line with current investment plans, delivering expected benefits supported by robust business cases and change plans.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Project Manager:

  • Overseeing a Property Portfolio through proactive leadership and management of an accommodation strategy and routine maintenance plan
  • Sourcing properties and managing projects through tender to completion
  • Managing financial budgets relating to the Property Portfolio which includes the lettings and renewal of leases
  • Defining and scoping whole programmes of work, maintaining oversight of operational snagging lists to ensure buildings are safe and maintenance is up to date
  • Providing management and expertise relating to property issues, ensuring appropriate legal and expert advice is used to inform decisions

The successful Property Project Manager will have:

  • Proven track record of experience in a similar Property/Programme Management role within the Public Sector
  • A qualification in Programme Management or Project Management i.e. MSP, Prince2, AGILE.
  • Driving Licence and access to a car for business use
