Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.
As a Commercial Property Locum, you will be required to handle a range of general transactional property law matters, including but not limited to:
- Leases
- Licenses
- Sales and purchases of land
- Landlord and tenant matters
The successful Property Locum will be a qualified lawyer or legal executive. Experienced but non-qualified candidates will also be considered. Previous public sector experience is essential.
You will join the team for an initial 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension. Although office attendance is ideal for approximately 2 days a week, our client is willing to consider agile working arrangements with attendance once a fortnight.
