Planning Enforcement Lawyer

Part-time

Hybrid OR Remote working

Our client, a Local Authority in the Southeast is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their Legal Services team for a minimum period of 3-6 months.

This position can be offered on a remote working basis for 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities of the Planning Lawyer:

  • Planning enforcement
  • Planning Agreements
  • Planning advice

Experience required for the Planning Lawyer role:

The successful candidate must have relevant planning experience, gained within Local Government.
