Job Title: Newly Qualified Real Estate Solicitor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Role Overview: As an NQ Real Estate Solicitor, you will join their dynamic Real Estate team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate matters, including property transactions, commercial leases, and development projects. This role offers excellent career prospects and exposure to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property acquisitions and disposals.
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
- Advise clients on property development and investment.
- Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a keen interest in real estate law.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
