Job Title: NQ Employment Solicitor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Role Overview: The team has a focus on contentious work so presents a great opportunity for exposure to a split of employment matters across contentious and advisory work with the appropriate supervision and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on employment law matters.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in employment tribunals.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a strong interest in employment law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
