I am currently working with an award-winning organisation who are looking to add an NQ - 2 year PQE Solicitor to their family team.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified in family law with a couple of years' experience. If you are new qualified within family law without the years' experience, I would still encourage you to apply.

NQ Family Solicitor responsibilities:

• Responsible for your individual caseload and fee targets (under supervision).
• Develop key relationships with clients and team members.
• Assist with marketing and business development.
• Delivering high quality service to clients.
• Budgeting and streamlining where necessary.
• Monitor and manage your own performance; files, billings, time recording and using your own initiative.
• Attend annual training programmes and keep aware of the legal family market.
• Ad-hoc legal work.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies, managing risk effectively.

What could make you stand out?

• Previous experience in family law - matrimonial, cohabitation disputes etc.
• Have a good understanding of family legislation and relevant case load.
