Locum Private Client Solicitor / Probate Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting an award winning in-house organisation based in London with the recruitment of a Locum Private Client Solicitor to join them whilst they go through a period of permanent recruitment.
This is an urgent need as the current Private Client Solicitor is leaving on the 18th July and therefore is keen for a handover period. The role can be done remotely or hybrid depending on the candidate's preference but would need to attend the office on the first week for training purposes. This role is 3 days per week.
The Private Client Solicitor duties include;
- Assisting the sales teams with any probate queries that arise and any escalations in relation to estate administration. This will be purely advice related work as the legal work is currently being outsourced to a private practice firm
- Be the Professional Executorship duties for wills, either renounced or referred to a third party
