Locum Planning Lawyer

Remote or Hybrid Working

Part Time or Full Time

£50 - £60 per hour DOE

Our Local Authority client is looking to recruit an experienced planning lawyer to join their team whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

You will be joining an established legal team and work alongside a number of other planning lawyers in the teams.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a predominately planning law caseload alongside some highways work
  • Section 106 agreements
  • Planning enforcement's
  • Certificates of lawfulness
  • General advice

The ability to attend planning committee once a month would be desirable however fully remote requests may also be considered.
