An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Housing Paralegal to join a thriving London local authority on a locum, hybrid basis.

This friendly and collaborative local authority is looking for an enthusiastic Housing Paralegal Lawyer to be an integral part of a new project team. Working closely with the Senior Lawyer, you will be advising on temporary accommodation cases and issuing applications to obtain possession. You will be well supported in the role and will also have the freedom to run your own caseload and develop professionally.

This Housing Paralegal role will involve court work, both in terms of drafting documents as well as advocacy in court for any cases issued. Advocacy training is available if you want support in this area.

To assume the role of locum Housing Paralegal, you must have prior experience of working in the area of housing law, particularly with housing possession matters.
