Locum Housing Lawyer
3-6 months with a potential extension
£55-60 per hour umbrella (dependent on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a Locum Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join a well-regarded local authority in the southwest region.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in defending disrepair claims made against the local authority.
The lawyer will work in a small team dedicated to this area of work. Previous experience and knowledge of the area is required. This role may involve advocacy and will involve robustly defending a high volume of claims, liaising with client departments and Counsel.
The role can offer remote working and some adhoc court attendance would be ideal for candidates who can travel.
