Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting to an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Advisor to join a well-regarded team at a world-leading University.

Our client is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor who is able to join their small but friendly team on short notice and hit the ground running. Our client is happy to consider both full-time and part-time working arrangements for this position, and there is flexibility on the working arrangement.

The successful Employment Advisor will be expected to carry a busy and varied caseload, which will involve matters such as:

  • Employment Contracts
  • Disciplinaries and grievances
  • Harassment and bullying
  • Long-term absences
  • Whistleblowing
  • Settlement agreements
  • Trades unions and industrial action
  • TUPE

This position is a locum contract that will initially be for a few months pending permanent recruitment, the successful Employment Advisor will ideally be able to attend their London office once per week but candidates who can not get to London are still encouraged to apply. Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer with a current practicing certificate (Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx) but they are open to non-qualified candidates who are working at lawyer level.
