A highly reputable Local Authority in the Home Counties is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their friendly team on an initial 3 - 6 month basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a supportive team on a full or part time basis. The role has the option to be 100% remote working.
The Adult Care Lawyer role
Key duties of the Adult Social Care Lawyer will include
- Mental Health Tribunals
- Court of Protection
- Deprivation of Liberty
- Dealing with vulnerable adult work
About You
The organisation is looking to hire an Adult Social Care Lawyer who demonstrates:
- The ability to work autonomously on your own matters
- Strong Adult Social Care experience
- Local authority experience is preferable however our client is happy to consider private practice and public sector.
