Litigation Locum

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our local authority client who is in need of an experienced litigation lawyer to join the team on an interim basis.

The successful applicant will initially join on a 3 month basis with the possibility of extension. Ideally the client is looking to recruit to the role 3 days per week however full time hours may also be considered.

Duties will include:

• Fly tipping
• Health and safety prosecutions
• Noise nuisance
• Planning enforcement

Court attendance will be required. This is expected to be around 2 days per month on average, however consideration will be given to applicants who have the necessary skill sand experience but would need to work on a fully remote basis.
