Litigation Locum

Sellick Partnership is working in conjunction with our public sector client in the recruitment of an experienced litigation lawyer to join their established inhouse legal team for a long term locum assignment. Covering a maternity leave, the minimum duration is expected to be 12 months with the possibility of extension.

As inhouse litigation lawyer the successful applicant will be responsible for a varied caseload including:

  • Contractual disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Discrimination claims
  • Debt recovery
  • IP / Copy-write infringement

The client is ideally looking for office attendance once a week, however fully remote working will also be considered.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a broad knowledge within litigation and be willing to take on areas unfamiliar to them.

Full and part time working options will be considered.
