Sellick Partnership is pleased to be working in partnership with the City of Lincoln Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created post and an amazing opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their legal career. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of litigation, licensing, and prosecution matters within the council.
The duties of the Litigation Lawyer role will include:
Advising on all aspects of civil litigation
Dealing with housing management cases, including; possession, disrepair, injunctions
Representing the organisation in court
Experience for the Litigation Lawyer role:
- The successful candidate doesn't need to have experience in all of the above as there is fantastic training and development opportunities within the Council.
