An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Lawyer to join a Local Authority in Essex on a locum basis, to cover a period of maternity leave.

Our client is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to undertake a mixed caseload of civil and criminal litigation matters. Day to day responsibilities may include;

  • Dealing with housing litigation matters including; housing disrepair, ASB, tenancy matters
  • Environmental prosecutions
  • Attendance at court

Our client is seeking a Litigation Lawyer with previous housing law experience. Criminal litigation experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.

This opportunity can be offered on a hybrid basis, with occasional attendance required in the office and at court.
