I'm currently supporting a busy high street firm as they look to expand due to work load and success.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor within Private Family and is looking for a new challenge. NQ Solicitors are welcomed to apply, but it would be very beneficial if you had a solid paralegal background.

Key requirements:

• Assist clients with a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse cases.

• Draft legal documents, such as applications, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on family law matters.

• Represent clients in court hearings, including procedural hearings and directions hearings (subject to experience).

• Build and maintain client relationships, providing clear, professional advice and support throughout their case.
