Remote working with occasional travel to Bristol

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients of an interim basis to assist with the implementation of a new NEC4 Facilities Management contract

Daily duties of the Contract Manager consists of:

  • Manage the implementation of the NEC4 Facilities Management contract
  • Lead on contractual performance and delivery
  • Providing commercial leadership and strategic interventions to maximise value for money in line with the commercial terms of contracts
  • Provide commercial assurance and strategic commercial direction including the co-ordination of related projects delivered through the contract
  • Ensure effective monitoring to secure contract compliance including appropriate lines of supplier engagement, achieving value for money for the council

Essential requirements of the Contract Manager:

  • Previous experience in managing a portfolio of contracts
  • Extensive knowledge of apply contract law within a diverse/complex organisation
  • Previously managed NEC4 Facilities Management contracts
