Housing Lawyer
Part-time (3 days per week)

Remote or Hybrid Working
Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Housing Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis, pending permanent recruitment.
The successful Housing Lawyer will be able to undertake this position on a remote or hybrid basis for 3 days per week. Attendance will be required on the first day for an IT induction.
Responsibilities of the Housing Lawyer:
The successful Housing Lawyer will be responsible for a mixed caseload of housing matters, which may include possessions, disrepair, ASB, and Empty Homes Management Orders
