An excellent permanent opportunity has arisen for a Housing Lawyer within a well-respected public sector organisation in the North East. About the Housing Lawyer role:

For this opening of an Housing Lawyer ideally you will have had previous experience dealing with housing law and providing advice in this area. Our client is open to experience from both a public sector and private practice background.

This Housing Lawyer role will provide you with the opportunity to continue with your professional development, deal with a diverse caseload, and contribute to the development of leading practices.

The successful Housing Lawyer will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas within housing management
  • Dealing with matters including; Anti-social behaviour, injuctions, homelessness, rent arrears.
  • Representing the organisation at court
  • Liaising with internal and external clients
