Housing Administrator

Location: Manchester

Full Time, 37.5 Hours

Temporary ongoing contract

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a social housing organisation based in Manchester, who are looking for a Housing Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties of the Housing Admin will include, but is not limited to:

  • Responding to and assisting customers with general enquiries regarding social housing, lettings and management
  • Assisting with online Housing applications forms and updates
  • Providing customer support with Housing register applications
  • Dealing with complex cases regarding social housing lettings and tenancy management
  • Assisting managers with processes that relate to allocations, tenancy and community support and housing
  • Providing general administrative support

The successful Housing Administrator will possess:

  • Previous experience working within social housing
