A Family Solicitor is required to join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Law Firm based in St Albans on a full-time permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Family Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent
Location: St Albans
Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
Guiding clients through divorce and splitting assets.
Advising on child care and financial support.
Creating agreements before or after marriage.
Helping clients get protection orders if needed.
Assisting with legal processes for adopting children or surrogacy.
Helping divide property and money in a separation.
Handling issues like wills, inheritance, and family trusts, as well as advising on matters like guardianship and family disputes.
