A Family Solicitor is required to join a reputable, award-winning Top UK Law Firm based in Kent on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an opportunity for a Family Solicitor to become a member of an established law firm that upholds its reputation for providing exceptional service to its clientele.
Title: Family Solicitor
Salary: £40,000-£60,000
Contract: Full-time permanent
Location: Kent
Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
Helping clients with divorce, asset division, alimony, and child custody.
Assisting with custody arrangements, child support, and adoption.
Facilitating mediation to resolve disputes outside of court.
Advising on agreements before or after marriage, especially for clients with assets.
Supporting clients experiencing abuse, including restraining orders.
Helping with the legal process of adoption and surrogacy.
Advising on wills, trusts, and family inheritance matters.
Assisting unmarried couples with legal agreements regarding property and finances.
Representing clients in family court when mediation fails.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor:
- High attention to detail with a commitment to producing top-quality work
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about business development and client relationship management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy
