Location: Guildford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time

I am supporting a well-established law firm with a reputation for providing excellent legal services in the family law sector. As part of their ongoing growth and commitment to providing exceptional legal services, I am seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Paralegal to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our solicitors with a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and more. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a family law team and be passionate about helping clients through what can often be difficult and emotional times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day support to the family law solicitors
• Assisting with case management and file administration
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, witnesses, and third parties
• Conducting legal research as required
• Attending hearings, meetings, and court sessions when necessary
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of family law developments

About You:

• Previous experience working in a family law team or a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude with the ability to manage a busy caseload
