Title: Employment Solicitor
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time permanent, Flexible working
Location: Kent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to handle a diverse range of employment law matters and provide high-quality legal advice to our clients. The team have been highly ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers for the past few years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a variety of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, wrongful termination, redundancy, discrimination, harassment, and workplace bullying.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and employment policies.
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
  • Conducting workplace investigations and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Providing guidance on TUPE, trade union matters, and collective bargaining.
  • Handling employment litigation and workplace mediation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in employment law.
  • Proven experience in handling a broad range of employment law cases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
