We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a firm in Leeds for a 12-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will manage a caseload that includes complex and high-value Respondent and Claimant Employment Tribunal matters across a full range of work types, including discrimination and TUPE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal caseload of varied, complex, and high-value cases.
  • Handle both Respondent and Claimant Employment Tribunal matters.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
