Locum Employment Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking an Employment Lawyer on an interim basis
The role will be offered on an initial 3-month contract; however, this is likely to be extended on a rolling, long-term basis. The role will be worked on a hybrid basis, with office and homeworking.
Responsibilities will include handling a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including settlement agreements, TUPE, parental leave and tribunal work. The team also pick up a small caseload of SEND matters (education law), ideally the successful candidate will pick some of these matters up, but training can be provided if not previously dealt with this.
The client is flexible in their requirements and would consider experienced employment lawyers from public or private sector organisations.
