We're partnering with a well-regarded, award-winning firm in Leeds who are looking to expand their highly successful Employment team. Recognised in both Chambers UK and Legal 500, this firm is known for offering a dynamic and supportive working environment. They have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their growing team.

Role Overview:
You will be working with a diverse range of clients, advising on a broad spectrum of employment matters for respondents. This will include advising on complex issues such as employment disputes, contractual issues, redundancy, disciplinary matters, and discrimination claims, all while enjoying the benefit of a highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a variety of employment law issues, including employment disputes, restructurings, and advisory work.

  • Handling a caseload of employment law matters from initial instruction to resolution.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing high-quality service.

  • Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.

  • Working within a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 2-4 years PQE in employment law, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

  • Strong communication and client management skills.

  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.

  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.

  • Ambition to develop and grow in a high-performing environment.
