I am currently working with a top tier international law firm who are looking for an experienced disputes associate to join the team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years PQE and have experience with business litigation across all stages from pleading through trial and appeal.

As a key member of our team, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility and gain valuable in-court experience. You will have the opportunity to work alongside skilled solicitors and contribute to high-profile litigation cases, developing your expertise and advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing disclosure processes for complex cases

  • Drafting and reviewing statements of case

  • Preparing and proofing witnesses for trial

  • Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to inform strategy

  • Providing legal advisory support on various litigation matters

  • Preparing trial materials and supporting trial preparation

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial litigation or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of complex litigation processes and trial preparation

  • Proven ability to manage key aspects of high-stakes disputes
