Our client, a well-established and growing law firm in Brighton, is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team.

The role involves:

  • Acting as Deputy/Director of the Trust Corporation and collaborating with other Directors to support clients
  • Providing deputyship advice within litigation matters
  • Developing and expanding Court of Protection and Trustee services for personal injury clients
  • Mentoring and advising other team members
  • Supporting deputies and directors in managing client finances
  • Drafting and submitting applications to the Court of Protection
  • Preparing financial information for client meetings
  • Liaising with financial advisors, case managers, and care providers
