Are you an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career?
Our client, a well-established and growing law firm in Brighton, is looking for talented individuals to join their dynamic team.
The role involves:
- Acting as Deputy/Director of the Trust Corporation and collaborating with other Directors to support clients
- Providing deputyship advice within litigation matters
- Developing and expanding Court of Protection and Trustee services for personal injury clients
- Mentoring and advising other team members
- Supporting deputies and directors in managing client finances
- Drafting and submitting applications to the Court of Protection
- Preparing financial information for client meetings
- Liaising with financial advisors, case managers, and care providers
What's on offer:
- Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £65,000, depending on experience.
