Job Description: A well-established law firm in York is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the team on a locum basis. Flexible hours and remote work available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate structures, acquisitions, and commercial contracts
- Provide strategic legal advice on business operations
- Manage corporate governance and compliance matters
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate/commercial law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently
