I am looking for a Conveyancing Lawyer to joing a growing firm in Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience in all things residential property.

As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of property transactions, including residential and/or commercial conveyancing, ensuring smooth and timely completions. Your role will involve providing expert legal advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.

Conveyancing Lawer key responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting property searches, Land Registry applications, and liaising with mortgage lenders.
  • Providing clear, practical, and timely legal advice to clients.
  • Proactively managing deadlines to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, estate agents, and other third parties.
  • Keeping accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements.
