Construction Associate

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 ranked firm in Manchester who are looking for a Construction Associate to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advise national and international clients, with expertise in the Energy, Infrastructure, and construction sectors.
• Offer legal counsel on large-scale projects, focusing on preventing and resolving conflicts.
• Handle own caseload, oversee teams, and support the development of junior lawyers.
• Drive business development efforts and help shape the strategic direction of the team.
• Work closely with colleagues across global teams and various practice areas to identify new growth opportunities.

The successful candidate:

• 7+ years PQE in contentious construction law.
• Confident in working with a range of clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, providing top-notch service.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude, always going the extra mile for clients.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and handle a busy workload.
