Role Overview: They are seeking a talented and motivated Company Commercial Solicitor to join their esteemed team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial matters, providing high-quality legal advice to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Providing legal support on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- NQ+ Company Commercial Solicitor
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
